Bhutan Tour Six Days

Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu

Also, you will explore the National Institute of Traditional Medicine, Art & Craft School, Folk Heritage Museum, and Textile Museum, delving into Bhutan's artistic traditions and rural life.

Later, witness the traditional craft of papermaking at the Handmade Paper Factory and visit significant landmarks like Tashichhoe Dzong, Zilukha Nunnery, and Dechenphodrang Monastic School. 

Finally, reflect on the day's enriching experiences during a comfortable overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 4: Thimphu - Punakha

On the fourth day, you take part in a scenic drive from Thimphu to Punakha. In contrast, you experience the awe-inspiring beauty of Dochula Pass and the majestic Himalayas.

You will visit Chime Lhakhang, a revered temple associated with the "Divine Madman," known for its intriguing legends and unique fertility blessings. Plunge yourself in the temple's mystical ambience and explore its serene surroundings.

Along the way, you discover Punakha Dzong, an architectural masterpiece and Bhutan's ancient capital, nestled at the confluence of two rivers. Marvel at the intricate craftsmanship, ornate murals, and serene courtyards, delving into this majestic fortress's historical and cultural significance.

Day 5: Punakha - Paro

On the fifth day of your tour, your journey back to Paro from Punakha makes a delightful stop at Thimphu's vibrant "Weekend Outdoor Market." You can stroll in the market with local handicrafts, fresh produce, and a lively atmosphere.

In Paro, pay respects at Dasho K.J Nishoka's memorial chorten, a revered site honouring a respected figure in Bhutan. You should take a moment for reflection and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

Enjoy an overnight stay in Paro and submerge in the beauty of this enchanting town. Rest well and prepare for the final day of your Bhutanese adventure, promising more captivating experiences.

Day 6: Paro Sightseeing 

Today you uncover the hidden treasures of Paro, bidding farewell to this enchanting kingdom. You embark on a hike or horse ride to the awe-inspiring Tiger's Nest Monastery, perched on a cliffside, immersing yourself in its spiritual ambience and architectural marvel. 

Also, enjoy breathtaking views from the viewpoint cafeteria and explore the ruins of Drukgyal Dzong. Additionally, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest and most revered temples, where you can partake in spiritual rituals and appreciate the cultural significance of this sacred place.

Day 7: Departure from Paro

As your Bhutan six days tour ends, bid farewell to this enchanting kingdom and transfer to Paro airport for departure.
