Chitwan National Park Safari

Chitwan National Park is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The national park is in the Terai belts of Nepal, the most popular destination for Eco-tourists and wildlife enthusiasts. Chitwan is also known for being the Jungle of Tigers and home to the endangered species of the Royal Bengal tiger.

 

The Subtropical forest of Chitwan National Park offers a reliable habitat for a variety of wildlife & flora. Royal Bengal Tiger, One-horned Rhino, Asiatic Elephant, Marsh Crocodile, Wild Boar, Sloth bear, and several species of deer including Spotted, Barking, Samber, and Hog inhabit this region. With more than 350 species of birds found in the region, Chitwan has also established itself as a haven for bird-watching enthusiasts. 

 

Besides the animals and wildlife, you can also take a trip to explore the ethnic tribe of "Tharu" populating the region has a culture and tradition of its own which offers an authentic Native-cultural experience for outsiders.
