His fresh perspective and strong leadership have helped expand Nepal Vision’s global footprint, modernize its services, and elevate guest experiences across trekking, cultural tours, and custom adventures. Under his guidance, the company remains proudly Nepali at heart—deeply connected to local communities, environmentally conscious, and committed to creating life-changing journeys for travelers around the world.

Kartavya

Sales and Marketing Director

Kartavya tells the stories behind the trips. He handles our brand and ensures our work feels authentic, both online and offline. He has worked in media and tourism, bringing these two fields together to help travelers better understand Nepal. He prefers trails over offices.

NavaRaj

Operations Manager

Navaraj keeps our trips running right. He’s the one who sorts permits, guides, timing, and the hundred other things that make a trek smooth. He’s usually the first person you’ll meet in Kathmandu. He trains new guides and makes sure safety always comes first.

Pem Chhotar Sherpa

Expedition Expert

Pem has spent decades in the mountains. He’s led climbs up Mera Peak, Island Peak, and many other challenging routes. He’s calm, experienced, and kind. Most people feel safer just walking near him. He doesn’t talk much, but when he does, it’s worth hearing.

Pampha

Accounts Head

Pampha handles our money with care. She’s straightforward, honest, and steady. She ensures that payments are fair for both clients and staff. She works quietly but is a big part of how we stay balanced and organized.

Shova

Office Assistant

Shova manages all the things that go unnoticed but are still important. She books permits, checks routes, answers emails, and handles last-minute changes. Her calm nature helps the whole team stay grounded.

Santosh

Trekking Guide

Santosh knows how to make people feel welcome. He knows the trails well, but it’s his warmth that stands out. He walks with you, talks with you, and helps you understand the land. People remember his stories long after the trek ends.

Om

Trekking Guide

Om has led treks through the Everest, Mustang, and Dolpo regions. He’s steady and thoughtful, and he knows how to handle challenging moments on the trail. Trekkers often say they left with more than a guide; they made a friend.
