Trip Introduction
The Golden Triangle Tour India includes a tour of the three prominent and culturally magnificent towns of India - Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. This tour takes you to tour three of the medieval towns of north India. You'll get a great opportunity to explore the historic and cultural sites of India that includes the tall minarets, palaces, majestic temples, and forts that have been delights of travelers since the earliest times. The tour will provide you with many facades of India from the modern fast lifestyle of the cities to the slow and serene pace of the Middle age villages. The Golden Triangle India Tour - 5 days is specially designed for the historical and cultural journey into the heartlands of northern India. 
Day 01: Arrival Day in Delhi
Day 02: Drive from Delhi to Jaipur: 258 kms/ 6.5 hrs
Day 03: Drive from Jaipur to Agra: 240 km/ 5 hrs
Day 04: Drive from Agra to Delhi: 210 km/4.5 hrs
Day 05: Departure from Delhi
Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Day at Delhi
After your arrival at Delhi airport, we will pick you up from the Airport and help you with the transfer to your hotel. You can choose to relax in the rest hours of this day. We will also visit the traditional bazaars as well as historic and monumental sites in Delhi. Overnight at Delhi.
 
Day 02: Drive from Delhi to Jaipur: 258 km/ 6.5 hrs
After our morning breakfast, we will visit Laxmi Narayan Temple and Giant Shiva Statue. Then, we will drive to Jaipur. On arrival at Jaipur, we will transfer to the hotel.  We will be visiting and shopping in the textile industry. Other attractions of Jaipur are the City Palace of Jaipur, Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace), and Jantar Mantar or Observatory, which was built by Raja Jai Singh. Overnight at Jaipur Hotel.
 
Day 03: Drive from Jaipur to Agra: 240 km/ 5 hrs
After an early breakfast, we will visit Amber fort in the morning. Then, we will be driving to Agra via the Fatehpur Sikri. Mughal Dynasty's Fatehpur Sikri with a magnificent red sandstone building built by the Moghal Emperor Akbar to commemorate Saint Salim Chisti, who blessed Akbar with three sons. We will spend our day marveling at such graceful buildings as the Jami Masjid, the tomb of Salim Chisti, the Panch Mahal, Diwan I Khas, and other palaces. The monuments are examples of the fusion of Islamic architecture with Hindu and Jain decorative art.  After our arrival in Agra, we will transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Agra.
 
Day 04: Drive from Agra to Delhi: 210 km/4.5 hrs
After breakfast, we will make a sightseeing tour of Agra. We will be visiting the Taj Mahal, the finest amalgam of love and architecture - one of the wonders of the world. We also visit Agra fort, a large fortified strategic point of the Mughal Empire. In the afternoon, we will drive to Delhi.  On arrival in Delhi, we will visit the monuments of Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Birla Temple, and Raj Ghat. In the evening, we will help you transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Delhi.
 
Day 05: Departure from Delhi
Your Golden Triangle India Cultural Tour will conclude on this day. We hope you enjoyed the tour with us. A representative from Himalayan Glacier Trekking will help you with the transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
 
Note: Taj Mahal remains closed for public viewing on Friday.
