Flexible trip dates and group size
Book your trip for any departure date and schedule that you prefer. You have the option of trekking by yourself or with a group if one is scheduled on the dates you prefer. We work closely with you and can customize your itinerary to ensure you get the ultimate Himalayan experience that you expect.

Experienced, dedicated local guides
Nepal Vision guides have been carefully selected and trained. They work only for Nepal Vision and therefore are highly dedicated to serving our guests with the highest standards. All guides speak English and have 10+ years of trek leadership experience.

Flexible payment options
Nepal Vision offers several convenient payment options. A non refundable deposit (alternatively you can pay full amount) of 20% of the total trip amount will be charged whilst booking your trip and the rest will be paid up on your arrival in Kathmandu. For this deposit can be made by Bank wire transfer or by credit card. Upon receipt, we will initiate the reservations and inform you when all hotels, tours, and transportation have been confirmed.

ATMs are available in Kathmandu to obtain local currency. Currency exchanges will also accept credit cards for cash advances in western and local currency.

Quality accommodations you can trust
All trek itineraries include quality hotel accommodations before and after treks. The deluxe hotel in Kathmandu is the starting and ending location for most treks, where our guests enjoy a peaceful stay and where our staff is always nearby to serve you. On treks you can expect the best tea house lodges – all checked and approved by Nepal Vision. Tea houses with individual rooms. Nepal Vision provides its own sleeping bags for the trekking.

Your accommodation in trekking is defined upon the type of trek you decide to take. You can opt for a tea house trek or you may choose a camping trek. All tea houses have been approved by Nepal Vision to guarantee the highest possible standard of accommodation. Furthermore Nepal Vision ensures you will always have 100% clean sleeping equipment, with fresh sleeping bags.

Private, first-class transportation to/from treks
Most other trekking companies, or contractors to a large international company, do not provide high quality, private transportation to and from their trekking destinations. Typically, trekkers are placed on cramped local buses (or shared cars) that often break down and are always extremely uncomfortable and slow. But we provide private transportations that are spacious and quite comfortable. Whenever required we also use private 4WD cars for transport over rough roads. Guests of Nepal Vision immediately notice how much more comfortable and reliable this is when they see the alternative in Nepal. And we always provide reliable flights for our trekkers to and from trekking destination.
