Nepal is the eventual destination for the trekking enthusiast. There are no more inspiring places in the world that can come close to this Himalayan destination, which offers a myriad of possibilities from the short and easy walking excursions to the demanding and strenuous challenges of the snowy peaks and their foothills and deep valleys. Either easy, moderate and strenuous, or adventurous and expeditions, there is something for everyone who want to hike through the hills, valleys and challenging mountains to experience the indomitable combination of the natural beauty and cultural riches of this tiny Himalayan kingdom. Age is no barrier, the most important attribute for enjoying the trek and Nepal generally, is right attitude.
Trekking in Nepal is much a unique cultural experience as well as an ultimate Himalayan adventure. Every year thousands of visitors trek to different parts of this unique country to experience its rustic charm of nature and exotic culture. Most of the trekkers go through the areas between 1000m to 3000m, although some popular parts are more then 5000m.
