How did it all start? With a very inspired young energetic team start this company after many years experiencing the Himalayan region. From 1992 we were driven to share our passion and vision about experiencing adventures in an authentic and sustainable manner with others. Started off as a one-man show has grown to become the Nepal’s largest Local adventure travel company?

Today, Nepal Vision offers more than 100 small group experiences, safaris and expeditions on Nepal, Tibet & Bhutan. The choices are vast – from safaris and cultural treks to family vacations and exotic expeditions to places you have never even imagined, there is an adventure for everyone. Devendra Wagle- Managing Director(MD)

Devendra Wagle, Managing Director (MD), has over 20 years experience as an operation in the Adventure travel industry. As MD Devendra managing the office team and providing the strategic vision for the company. Devendra consistently built teams which achieved extraordinary value in travel field.

Devendra is an executive member of the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) a leading non-governmental, non-profit and non-political organization working as a national alpine association of Nepal to promote mountain tourism, climbing sports, protect mountain environments and preserve and promote cultural heritage of mountain people. It is the only national alpine club authorized to issue climbing permits for 33 mountain peaks of Nepal.

He previously served on the executive member of Trekking agencies association of Nepal (TAAN) an umbrella organization. Under which they could work together to meet their common goals and also assist the government by providing suggestions to develop trekking business into a revenue generating industry. Where he played a significant and conducive role to mitigate mountain environmental stress as well as he handles the Philanthropic Activities.

Keshav Wagle - Travel Concultant

Keshav Wagle’s fifteen years of operational and executive management experience in the Nepal Vision give him instant credibility in the Adventure Travel field. Keshav worked his way up from an entry level held different positions on his journey and therefore can relate to almost anyone in any position. His extensive experience enables him to facilitate the process and build participant commitment to developing and implementing practical, workable solutions that generate results.

In addition to facilitating Nepal Vision Treks Keshav has been involved in the acquisition more businesses, providing due-diligence services, facilitating assimilation exercises and supporting organizations that have and will be merged. Through his experience Keshav has developed very strong business acumen skills.

Keshav Wagle serves on the company's Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Keshav graduated from the Tribhuvan University. He is also active in the local community and involved on different philanthropic field.

Why do I love my job? To be even more specific, I love guiding the strategic vision of our company. I love working with my team on the planning of our product strategy. I love working to design our products. I love working with Nepal Vision in our attempt to build a truly great service level. I love making a difference.

Never a dull moment! From planning new programs, to adjusting programs for clients needs, guiding clients through the myriad of information out there, encouraging, motivating, listening and helping in any way so why I love my job. Many clients, acquaintances, neighbors and family members express to me all the time how they have planned their travel or began to work out because of my emails and information. I'm always LEARNING! There will always be the basics but there will also be fun, new things to learn from different people. New ways to do something that's already been done. Things change and I like change!

Chet Bhatta - Travel Consultant

Chet Bhatta was born in Gorkha the famous region at the lap of the Manaslu Himalaya. Chet handles trek, tour, and climbing in Nepal, Bhutan, India, and Tibet. More than fifteen years experience of working as a trek, tour and mountaineering leader has made Chet more familiar for this part of the Himalaya. Chet also has an extensive experience and knowledge in conducting trek and peak climbing programs in the Himalayan regions.

Apart from these he has also contributed his time and effort in a lot of social work. He believes that an individual should contribute for the betterment of his society too. He has previously worked as a volunteer for different organizations. His other interest apart from trekking is travelling, he likes to visit new places and meet new people.

As a local operator we use expert local leaders for our adventures and they are pivotal to the success of each adventure. Over the years our local guides have made significant contributions to our ongoing development and their expertise and enthusiasm is reflected in the exciting itineraries and quality of leadership.

Many of our guides are available to lead private trips for your group, your family, your colleagues or your business. While careful planning & scheduling is necessary, these specially guided itineraries become one-of-a-kind original experiences lead by an exceptional guide.
