In 1992, we launched Nepal Vision Treks & Expedition with the belief that other travelers would share our desire to experience authentic adventures in a responsible and sustainable manner. Over thousands of travelers experience the true adventure with us every year. What hasn't changed is our passion for making sure you get behind the scenes to experience the real world in an authentic and sustainable manner.
Nepal Vision Treks & Expedition consist a team of adventure and travel enthusiasts. A team of energetic explorers seeking to experience the real world with a grassroots approach to travel. We facilitate most amazing adventure-travel opportunities that are meaningful and memorable.
How did it all start? It all started with inspired and young team who just came back experiencing the Himalaya. Started in 1992, we were driven to share our passion and vision about experiencing adventures in an authentic and sustainable manner with others. Started off as a one-man show has grown to become the Nepal’s largest local adventure-travel company?
Today, Nepal Vision offers more than 100 small group experiences, safaris and expeditions on Nepal, Tibet & Bhutan. The choices are vast – from safaris and cultural treks to family vacations and exotic expeditions to places you have never even imagined, there is an adventure for everyone. Devendra Wagle- Managing Director (MD)
Devendra Wagle (MD), has over 20 years experience as an operation in the Adventure-travel industry. As a director, he manages the office team and provides the strategic vision for the company.
He is an executive member of the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), a leading non-governmental, non-profit and non-political organization working as a national alpine association of Nepal to promote mountain tourism, climbing sports, protecting, promoting and environment and cultural heritage of mountains. It is the only national alpine club authorized to issue climbing permits for 33 mountain peaks of Nepal.
He previously served as the executive member of Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN). Under which they could work together to meet their common goals and also assist the government by providing suggestions to develop trekking business into a revenue generating industry. He played a significant and conducive role to mitigate mountain environmental stress as well as handling the Philanthropic Activities.
He founded this company with a belief that other travelers would share the same passion and desire for experiencing authentic adventures in a responsible and sustainable manner.
Keshav Wagle - Travel Consultant
Keshav Wagle’s fifteen years of operational and executive management experience with the company give him instant credibility in the Adventure-travel field. Keshav worked his way up from an entry level held position on his journey, therefore, he can relate to almost anyone in any position. His extensive expertise enables him to facilitate the process and build participant commitment in developing and implementing practical, workable solutions that generate results.
In addition, Keshav has been involved in acquiring more businesses, providing due-diligence services, facilitating assimilation exercises and supporting organizations that have and will be merged. Through his experience, he has developed very strong business acumen skills.
He serves on the company's executive committee and BOD. He graduated from the Tribhuvan University. He is also active in the local community projects and involved on various philanthropic fields.
Why do I love most about my job? "To be even more specific, I love guiding the strategic vision of our company. I love working with my team on the planning of our product strategy. I love working to design our products. I love working with Nepal Vision in our attempt to build a truly great service level. I love making a difference!
Never a dull moment! From planning new programs, to adjusting programs for clients needs, guiding clients through the myriad of information out there, encouraging, motivating, listening and helping in any way so is why I love my job. Many of my clients, acquaintances, neighbors and family members express to me all the time how they planned traveling because of my instant and helpful guidance. I'm always LEARNING! There will always be the basics but also fun. New ways to do things that's already been done. Things change and I like change!

CHET BHATTA- Mountain Leader & Executive Consultant to the Himalayas!
Chet Bhatta, one of the most experienced and energetic employee of Nepal Vision Treks who assimilated with the company as a trekking guide in 1998 (Almost 15 years now), dedicates him time and effort being one of the most Senior and Executive Trekking and Mountaineering Consultant.
His interest, dedication, and ability of working in the Himalayas (esp. in trekking and mountaineering) are second to none. His philosophy is-”Tourism for development to the Himalayas”. He is highly educated and skilled professional, socially responsible, Eco-tourism professional and environmentalist. His fluency of English speaking and writing facilitates travelers to understand the trips in detail and with ease.
Born in Gorkha District, below the towering peak of the Manaslu, at the route of Manaslu Circuit Trekking, it’s been his die-hard interest to work and assist travelers through high mountain, villages to the ethnic surroundings for the growth of the local areas, local community and community prosperity.
He is involved with other humanitarian projects for the welfare of the local community, and to help mountain locals for better life and education. He is doing a student exchange program with local schools and interested foreign students, also coordinating with foreign teachers for the volunteer teaching projects and to carry out the local awareness programs; sanitation, health project etc, in collaboration with the local NGO’s and Village Development Committee.

As a local operator we use expert local leaders for our adventures, and they are pivotal to the success of each trek. Over the years, our local guides have made significant contributions to our ongoing development and their expertise and enthusiasm is reflected in the exciting itineraries and quality of leadership.
Many of our guides are available to lead private trips for your group, your family, your colleagues or your business. While careful planning & scheduling is necessary, these specially guided itineraries become one-of-a-kind original experiences lead by an exceptional guide.
